Wall Property Services carries out a whole range of building repair and refurbishment activity. We have also become quite adept at repairing household appliances and systems including fridges, freezers, washers, vacuum cleaners, heating systems, taps, drains etc.

Wall Property Management manages its own property as well as rental property owned by its customers.

Where We Work

Our work area is essentially the M1 corridor, from North Yorkshire down into Central London. Projects so far have been carried out in Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Buckinghamshire, London and Kent.

Our Clients

Perhaps not surprisingly, all of our clients to date have found Wall  by word of mouth recommendation. We don’t advertise and undertake a great deal of family and friends activity. From what we can see the main reason for using us is trust and reliability, as well as the we do ‘everything’ approach. New customers and our tenants have a tendency to become our friends as well.

While the mix of our work is constantly changing and the type of work is pretty ‘seasonal’, roughly 50% of our time is on our own properties leaving the other 50% for you. 

The 50/50 split means we can stop and start our own work as we choose. As a consequence we are readily available to help with your latest issue
